Careers
Small company, real engine, unfinished network.
FourthHuman builds egocentric training data for humanoid and VLA models out of India. Two founders, one validated end-to-end annotation run, a Capture Partner network in pilot, and no customers yet. If that reads as a warning, this is not the right time to join us. If it reads as the interesting part, it is.
Before you read the roles
What you would actually be joining
Stated the same way we state it to buyers, because a candidate deserves the same numbers a Commissioning lab gets.
The engine
Works, and is small enough to hold in your head
One clip has gone end-to-end: ingestion, face redaction, 3D annotation against FH-Ego v1, QA, export. 1,843 frames, 16 action segments. You can read the output on the reference implementation page before you decide whether you want to work on it.
The network
In pilot — this is the unbuilt half
Capture Partners will be paid ₹250–400/hr by UPI on QA approval and will hold revocable consent per task. None of that is running yet — no payment provider is integrated and nobody has been paid. Standing the recruitment, device logistics and QA loop up is the work, not a solved problem you would be maintaining.
The commercial position
Pre-revenue, zero customers
No third-party certification either — no SOC 2, no ISO 27001. We compete on verifiable provenance and on capture at an Indian cost structure, and we would rather you knew the standing before an interview than after one.
Roles
Open positions
Bangalore and remote. Each role opens a panel with the full requirements and the exact question we would like answered in your email.
Nothing was invented in their place — this list is empty because the script that renders it did not run, not because there are no open roles. Email [email protected] and ask.
Applying
How to apply
There is no application form on this page, and that is deliberate. We would rather give you an address that reaches a person than a box that reaches nothing.
CV upload — not available
We do not yet accept uploads here. Email your CV to [email protected] — a person reads it, not a parser.
What to send
A CV as a PDF, the role you are applying for in the subject line, and a short answer to that role's question — the panel for each role states it. Three paragraphs is plenty; we are reading for how you think, not for length.
What happens next
One of the two founders reads it. There is no applicant-tracking system and no automated acknowledgement, so if you do not hear back within two weeks, replying to your own email is a reasonable thing to do.
What we do not do
We do not ask for unpaid trial work, and we do not run take-home exercises longer than an evening. If a conversation gets that far, we will tell you what we are trying to learn from it.
